This week flew by! Given everything going on in the world, I found it very difficult to be productive. So I wasn’t. I spent a lot of time creating and writing and listening to The Nap Ministry. Yes, I am obsessed and you should be too. We need to be marinating in her message.

Last night I finished Loki… Let’s just say Falcon and Winter Soldier is absolutely, hands down my favorite of the solo journeys so far. *Okoye voice* without question. I will say though, it is EXCELLENT to see Jonathan Majors taking on more mainstream roles. Fucking excellent. You love to see it.

Spinal twists. Omg. Typically I am very tight in the hips – I store a lot of emotions there – so most of my stretching is very hip focused. However, spinal twists have been my savior this week. As much as I love/live for a good sweat, I also live for a good stretch. I’d say even if you’re not exercising daily, try and find some time for stretching. 5-10 mins of stretching can do a lot for the body.
